Olawale Opayinka, Founder, Managing Director, and CEO of Makaya Homes, emerges as a pioneering force in the real estate sector, steering the company with a visionary zeal and an unwavering commitment to excellence. His academic journey commenced at the University of Lagos, where he earned a BSC in Actuarial Science (1984-1988), actively engaging in activities such as golf and travel. Grounded in a solid education from the Government College Ojo during his secondary years (1977-1982), Olawale embarked on a trajectory that seamlessly blended academic prowess with real-world leadership.

Expertise Unveiled:

Olawale's professional narrative unfolds with strategic roles at global financial institutions, starting as a Supervisor at Citibank London in 1989. With expertise honed through diverse roles in actuarial science, including positions at Prolific Life and Pensions Limited, Scottish Provident, and Windsor Life, he demonstrated acumen in financial operations and strategic leadership. Returning to Nigeria, he founded 3E Actuaries and Consultants Limited in 2009, focusing on financial analysis and modeling for real estate projects. Since 2019, as the Chief Executive Officer of Eko Development Company Limited, Olawale Opayinka continues to spearhead luxurious residential and retail developments, leaving an indelible mark on the real estate landscape in Nigeria.
